The residents of Arapaj have reported their neighbor who, according to them, drives at high speed through the narrow streets of the village, endangering their lives and those of their children.

According to residents, 22-year-old Albi Bizgjoni, who drives at high speed, has even threatened his family, his sister, who is a student at the Police Academy, and his parents. They have stated that the police have not taken any action against their complaints.

"We are afraid that it will oppress our children. The children tell me that they are afraid to go to school," said one resident.

"They filmed my children. We feel very unsafe for the children. They drive at 100 km/h here on this road. The police are doing nothing, we don't know where to go," says another.

They add that his sister, a student at the Police Academy, was also involved in a conflict on April 26, where she was prosecuted at large after injuring her neighbor with a knife.

According to residents, there have been physical conflicts with the Bizgjoni family over the years, as seen in the security camera footage they made available to the police and the media.

Residents say they feel unsafe and just want peace in the neighborhood.

"The police tell us that we can fix it, we've been doing this for 2-3 years, but he still comes out quickly. We've taken him to the police twenty times," the resident says.

The denunciation of the residents of Arapaj comes a few days after the tragic accident where 57-year-old Nikoll Radaçi, while driving at high speed, ran over three children with his car in the former Këneta area, with two of them losing their lives on the spot and the other being injured.
