The person you see in the photo above is 33-year-old Hektor Ndoka. He was arrested by the Spanish police after he was wanted by the Albanian authorities for planning the murder of Preng Paluca.

He was caught in Madrid and has a significant criminal record, suspected of being involved in a series of serious events in the country. Along with him, Edmir Vlashin, an accomplice in planning the murder of Preng Paluca and declared wanted for this event, was arrested.

Spanish media reports that after the arrest, the police found Hektor Ndoka three more firearms and ammunition. The 33-year-old, together with Edmir Vlashin, was declared wanted on December 8, 2021 by the Lezha police.

Both of these people, social connections of each other, had planned the murder of Preng Paluca in Tirana, an event that was not finalized. The cause was a conflict over disrupting drug deals overseas.

At that time, in addition to the announcement of the search for Ndoka and Vlashi, the police seized remote-controlled mines, automatic weapons, Kalashnikovs and numerous military ammunition.

After the arrest by the Spanish police of Hektor Ndoka and Edmir Vlashi, the procedures for his extradition to Albania have started.

What happened in 2021?
