This is the one who killed the builder in Vlora.
The one you see in the photo is Rei Meta, the alleged perpetrator of the murder of builder Armando Meshau after a qerry today in Vlora.

33-year-old Rei Meta resides in Tirana, the son of high prosecutorial council member Nurihan Meta.

Meta shot the builder Armando Meshau, who fell to the ground and lost his life. The two of them started selling an apartment.

According to witnesses, it is alleged that 55-year-old Meshau told Meta that "you're not going to take the apartment" before the man punched him twice in the face.

Police arrested Ray Meta hours after the ordeal in Vlora's "Lungomaren."
