A shocking event has been recorded in the capital, a scenario worthy of movies.

An unknown maniac wanders the streets of Tirana and films girls and women in public places from below. These videos are then published on red stamp sites, available for all to see.

The case is scandalous since the videos published on these pages are of a considerable number and the "protagonists" are from young girls to old women.

As can be seen in the following photos published by JOQ, the maniac filmed them almost everywhere, walking on the street, shopping in the supermarket or in various stores. Often in these videos, the faces of the girls or women filmed are also shown.

"Perhaps there are more important things to note at the moment, but I find this situation very disturbing. By chance, on one of the sites with adult videos, I come across a user who films girls and women from "below" but also with faces on the streets of Tirana and various businesses and uploads them to the network. I don't know how sick you have to be to do something like this, but this thing must be found a way to stop... we have sisters and mothers all on the streets of Tirana. I am also sending you some photos taken from the videos." says the whistleblower.
