Work is also underway to escort citizens E. Q and M. C, who are wanted by the police.

From the actions taken so far, it is suspected that these citizens have encouraged, through calls, the participants to continue the rally beyond the hours announced by the organizers (18:00–22:00), not respecting the perimeter announced for this rally. As a result, traffic congestion and obstacles to movement have been caused.

As for the actions taken, some of the participants in the rally entered the fan zone, in "Skënderbej" Square, adapted and intended for watching sports activities, disrupting public peace and calling on citizens who were watching the sports activity to join the rally.

Work continues to identify and prosecute other responsible persons.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action.

Two days ago, the materials were referred and criminal proceedings began for 19 other citizens.

Tirana Police appeals to the organizers of the rally to respect the schedule, perimeter and movement, so as not to block the free movement of citizens and vehicles outside the perimeter that has been announced for the rally.
