The head of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, and his son-in-law, Jamarbër Malltezi, will appear tomorrow at the premises of the Special Prosecutor's Office, to be officially acquainted with the charges against them.

According to the journalist Anila Hoxha, who gave the news exclusively to Top Channel the day before, she told Fiori Dardha in "Breaking" that Berisha will be recognized with the charge at 12:00, while his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi at 14:00.

Also tomorrow, it is expected that the status of Sali Berisha, who until now has the status and quality of the person under investigation, will change to a defendant who is also for Malltez.

"The Special Prosecutor's Office is at the limits of the investigation deadlines for the closure of investigative actions. The rule provides that tomorrow the request will be submitted to be asked about the findings of the investigation group for the Partizan file so far. Tomorrow, after the interrogation and confrontation with the facts are exhausted, it is also expected that the status of the former prime minister will change from a person under investigation to the status of a 'suspect'.

The rule also requires that the accusation be communicated in writing, so not only verbally, to him and his defense attorney. Only in this way is it considered an official and rebuttable charge, but it also puts Sali Berisha in the position to prepare his defense and the movements he will have in the future", said Anila Hoxha.

The journalist says that the same charges will be communicated to Berisha, that is, money laundering and corruption.

"If we will refer to the continuous positions of the Special Prosecutor's Office for many other persons, as persons under investigation in other files, we have seen that the position of SPAK mainly and mostly is exactly what it has had in the initial moments of the investigation, therefore, held the same positions in relation to criminal offenses.
