The testimony of the lawyer Sokol Hazizaj before the black squads, which led to the appointment of the security measure "house arrest" for the former deputy Alqi Blako, has been clarified, being released from prison.
Hazizaj argued in front of the court that the entire investigative process has been exhausted and that Alqi Blako, due to his resignation as a member of parliament, has no opportunity to spoil the evidence, evade the investigation or influence the investigative process against him.
The lawyer also emphasized that the situation of his family is difficult.
Blako is the father of two children, one 2 years old and the other 7 years old, and that after his arrest they did not have the necessary care, as the mother is employed and moves around the districts.
