Lawyer Genc Gjokutaj says that Monika Kryemadhi is charged with three charges, the same with her ex-husband, Ilir Meta.

In a media conference from the Freedom Party, Gjokutaj said that Erisa Xixho's father, Pirro Xixho and Ema Çoku are accused of money laundering, criminal offenses that SPAK says were committed in collaboration.

Although the same charges were brought against Kryemadhi, she was left with the measure of "obligation to appear".

"Three other names are mentioned in the decision, Ms. Monika Kryemadhi, passive corruption, declaration of products... same as Ilir Meta, and Ms. Ema Coku, cleaning of products, in collaboration.

The work is where these provisions are supported, because they have passed through a sieve and a final decision has been made. According to the decision, Kryemadhi is obliged to appear, Pirro Xhixho is under house arrest and Ema Çoku is obliged to appear", said Gjokutaj.

Meta and Kryemadhi have been investigated for the CEZ-DIA corruption issue, lobbying in the USA, and have also been under financial investigation. According to reports, the three files of SPAK have been merged into one.
