Ilir Meta and Monika Kryemadhi did not declare the expenses for the surgical interventions.

His arrest was completely unexpected, as he had announced a press conference at 1:40 p.m.

Ilir Meta was arrested while driving to the headquarters to hold the conference.

The handcuffs were placed near the Kamza Turn in Tirana.
