13 thousand cannabis plants are destroyed in the Great Highlands, the police

Over 13,000 cannabis plants were destroyed in Shkodër, during the mega-operation coded "Clean Territory".

The police say that through several flights with the helicopter of the Air Force, 80 police officers carried out checks in the place called "Braštë District".

During the checks in this area, 13,194 seedlings of the narcotic cannabis sativa plant were found and destroyed.

Meanwhile, during the previous stages of the "Clean Territory" mega-operation, during this 6-month period, the services of DVP Shkodër and the commissariats depending on it, destroyed about 137,140 cannabis sativa seedlings and narcotic plants, as well as arrested and prosecuted 41 citizen.
