The criminal police have detained a Macedonian citizen named Joshko Červenkovski, who, according to the testimony of SPAK's collaborator, Luftar Reçi, appears to have assembled the remote control bomb that was placed in the elevator, where the businessman Vajdin Lamaj was killed in February 2005. and his friend, Artan Arsi.
This is an exclusive photo of Joshko Červenkovski in the court premises, surrounded by police forces and suddenly appearing in court.
After the postponement of the court session, the Macedonian was again pulled over by the police and the BKH officer, Petrit Gjeçaj, in order to interrogate him.
Suspicions speak of a second suspect in this trial, but it has not yet been officially confirmed.
The arrest of Joshko Červenkovski was carried out the day before, while today Joshko Červenkovski appeared in shorts in the premises of the special court, waiting to face the trial with the repentant of this process, Luftar Reçi.
The Macedonian citizen was brought to the court accompanied by Tirana police forces, but it was not clarified whether he had come as a witness or as an arrested person.
"Ora News" has learned that the arrival at the premises of Joshko Červenkovski's court took place at the moment when 92-year-old Abedin Saliu entered the courtroom to testify.
Abedin Saliu is the father of Klodian Saliu, killed by the Durres gang on February 25, 2005. As a result of the criminal war in Durres, Abedin Saliu lost his two other sons, Shkëlqim Saliu in 2007 and Arjan Saliu was killed in 2008.
Due to hearing problems, the elderly Abedin Saliu did not give a full testimony before the court, so his statements given before the police officers were read by the prosecutor Shehu in the courtroom.
However, after witness Abedin Saliu's exit and when the other witness Leonard Koka was expected to testify, the latter was not present in court. Witness Koka left the court premises under unclear circumstances.
Due to this situation and the presence of the Macedonian citizen in the premises of the court, the postponement of the trial was requested by the parties of this process.
Reçi says he learned about Vajdin Lamaj's murder from the media and immediately after that he called Berisha, but he told her he was in Turkey. As he adds that Viktor Ymeri had managed to find an informant near Lamaj, finding out when the mine explosion was to be done by Emiljano.
"...in 2013, in Peqin prison. Victor told me that 'even when Vajdini was killed, I found the man from the prison who finished the job of Vajdini's murder, that they don't know about it..." Reçi stated.
Viktor Bajraktari (Imeraj), Emiljano Shullazi, Indrit Taullai, Lulzim Berisha, Plarent Dervishaj, Indrit Rusi and Luftar Reçi are defendants in this court process.
While the criminal status of the person Joshko Červenkovski who appeared today surrounded by police in the premises of the SPAK special court is still unknown. /Time News
