Shkodra Police have arrested today Ndoc Maçaj, suspected of being the perpetrator of the murder of 61-year-old Piro Prroni, an event that occurred around 8:00 PM yesterday, in the village of Abat in Shala.

Preliminary investigations suspect that Macaj shot the victim, while the motives for the crime remain unclear. After the crime, police services organized a field operation that led to his arrest today.

The investigative group, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office, continues its work to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident and to secure legal evidence regarding the suspected perpetrator.
