Part of the time he was in Albania, then he left the country, he was banned from cooperating with Interpol Abu Dhabi. The person wanted by SPAK by decision of the Special Court is under arrest, but Albania has not extradited anyone from the Arab Emirates. He will be held there, he will appear in court. There have been cases that appear for 40 days. In this particular case, Denis has to stay until the Court decides that he will be released from prison, he will always be under supervision. The attempt that Albania is making is an effort, but no country in the world has an extradition agreement, therefore it has turned into a criminal and fiscal paradise.
