Prison sentence for virtual currency boss Ozer: Don't extradite me to Turkey, my life is in danger

Today, the boss of virtual currencies, Faruk Ozer, appeared before the jury. He has asked the local authorities not to extradite him as he fears for his life. Describing all this as a political attack, Ozer said that his life is in danger in Turkey. 

" To me, it is a political attack. Don't extradite me, my life is in danger in Turkey ", said the Turkish cryptocurrency boss at the court session being held in Elbasan, where he will be informed about the security measure. The court of Elbasan has given the security measure "prison arrest" with the purpose of extradition to Turkey for Turkish citizen Faruk Fatih Ozër.

The defense side requested "compulsion to appear" but the Court ruled that the arrest of the 28-year-old was legal with the intention of extraditing him to Turkey. We remember that Ozer escaped from Turkey by defrauding tens of thousands of Turks, who had invested their money in the Turkish virtual currency "Thodex", while he was also seen circulating in our country.
