The owners of several companies that issued fictitious VAT invoices and their employees have been arrested by the Durrës Police, while several others have been declared wanted. As it resulted from several months of investigations, it is about Redion Sefa, Indrit Allamani, Aldo Myftari and Lovjano Topi .

The investigation group has verified the sales of the subject " Redion Sefa " Physical Person, which has self-declared a total sales value of 286,301,702 ALL for the period of December 2023 and the subject " Lovjano ", which has self-declared a total sale of 162,302,300 ALL during December 2023.

Other companies are also involved in this process, cutting invoices for incomplete services.

The Tax Investigation of the General Directorate of Taxes has carried out the verification of declared invoices, total sales, employment history of construction companies and relations with other businesses.

By analyzing the data declared as total sales for each entity, the calculation of the value added tax as well as the Profit Tax for each entity has been carried out, and it has revealed the damage of billions of lek to the state.

Also, verifications of the equipment and vehicles owned by the construction companies were carried out.

From this it has resulted that the subject " 3D Construction " with the administrator, the wanted businessman Indrit Visha and the owner, the citizen Edlira Visha , owned only luxury vehicles, Mercedes Benz AMG 63, Mercedes Benz AMG GT 43, Porsche Cayenne , Land Rover or BMW. X5 .

So, despite the fact that the object of this company's activity was in the field of construction, no vehicle used for construction activity was found in its ownership, but all are luxury cars that are suspected to have benefited from money laundering through the issuance of fictitious invoices with VAT .

1- Mercedes Benz AMG 63 of 2023 costs a full 170,000 dollars;

2- Mercedes Benz AMG GT 43 of 2024, starts from 100,000 dollars simple version;

3- Porsche Cayenne of 2024, starting from $86,000 for the simple version;

4- Land Rover (Range Rover) of 2024, starting from 100,000 dollars for the simple version;

5- BMW X5 of the year 2024, starts from 66,000 dollars for the simple version.
