The court of Gjirokastra has imposed a 40-day arrest on the charge of Kleanthi Laçi, accused of sexual harassment of minors.

Judge Suela Dashi became aware of the event through prosecutor Edlira Manelli, who for her part requested indefinite imprisonment for the physical education teacher at the 9-year-old school "Avni Rustemi" in the city of Tepelena. For his part, the teacher has denied sexually harassing his students.

After the presentation of the evidence, the judge Suela Dashi gave Kleanthi Laçi a 40-day detention, who will begin serving this sentence after he is released from the regional hospital of Gjirokastra from where he is cured after the violence inflicted on him last Sunday by his brother of one of the minors alleged to have been sexually harassed by the teacher.
