Yesterday, VoxNews exclusively publishedthe news of a police action by SPAK , within the " Flame in the Sea " operation, where the ' Drug Baron ', Gëzim Çela, was arrested.

By order of SPAK, three people were arrested, namely AD, SL and KB citizens were behind bars

Following the procedural actions, in relation to criminal proceedings no. 185, of 2023, in the framework of which, the police operation dated 15.08.2023, named "Flame at sea", where an attempt was made to traffic a significant amount of narcotics through the sea, the Special Court of First Instance First for Corruption and Organized Crime, with decision no. 46, dated 29.04.2024, has accepted the request of the Special Prosecutor's Office, for setting the measure of security for the persons under investigation AD, SL and KB, as persons suspected of committing the criminal offenses "Trafficking of narcotics", carried out in collaboration within the structured criminal group, "Structured criminal group" and "Commitment of criminal offenses by criminal organization and structured criminal group", provided by articles 283/a, 333/a and 334 of the Criminal Code.

During the execution of the decision on the assignment of security measures, control was exercised in several residences and commercial entities.
