New details have been revealed from a major anti-drug operation that is underway this evening in Tirana and other cities of the country.

It is learned that the operation is led by SPAK, in cooperation with Spanish law enforcement agencies who have identified a criminal group in the field of cocaine trafficking.

Numerous forces of the State Police have descended on the ground, and it is currently reported that several people have been arrested.

It is known that a drug laboratory was discovered in Qerret of Kavaja. The action has also been extended in Tirana, more precisely in the "Kodra e Diellit 2" neighborhood, for the arrest of the members of this group.
