'They hid the investigations'/ Adriatik Doçi: Arben Ahmetaj was

Journalist Adriatik Doçi appeared today at the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office to file a criminal complaint against two prosecutors Klodian Braho and Ened Nakuçi as well as former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj.

The report is about the investigations for the Elbasan incinerator, where according to the journalist Doçi, the two prosecutors of SPAK have hidden the evidence and deliberately diverted the investigations in order not to bring to justice the high socialist official and one of the signatories of the incinerator, Ahmetaj.

In the report fascicle of 26 pages, Doçi presents evidence that the citizen Klodian Zoto, declared wanted by these two prosecutors, used his bank card to pay for the trips of Arben Ahmetaj and his wife Erjola Hoxha, in different hotels in Europe.

These evidences were found on the seized computer of Klodian Zoto, where hotel reservations, mainly suites for Ahmetaj, were recorded through emails, for which the journalist says thousands of euros were spent.

According to Doçi, prosecutors Braho and Nakuçi have treated with two standards the evidence provided by the e-mails they found on Klodian Zoto's computers and phone in the case related to the Elbasan incinerator.

In the file submitted to the Special Prosecutor's Office by the journalist, it is stated that the two prosecutors administered as evidence Klodian Zoto's e-mails with Lefter Koka and other persons involved in the investigation, but not the messages and emails exchanged between Zoto and the hotels for booking suites for former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj.

From the Special Anti-Corruption and Organized Crime Prosecutor's Office, by decision dated 14.12.2021, we were sent, among other things:

A central computer unit of the brand " THERMALTAKE " with the opening code " Zotofamily ". On the Computer (Central Unit) mentioned above, the Microsoft Outlook program was found installed and configured, where the data (emails) for several email accounts:  [email protected], [email protected]  and others were found.

Kallëzimi pretendon se mospërfshirja e Ahmetajt në hetime ka qenë e qëllimshme dhe akuzon dy prokurorët Klodian Braho dhe EnedNakuçi për shpërdorim detyre dhe veprime që pengojnë zbardhjen e së vërtetës.

Kallëzimi kërkon nga gjykata që ndaj dy prokurorëve të caktohet masa e sigurisë arrest me burg për shkak të rrezikshmërisë që paraqesin për prishjen e provave.

Udhëtimet e Arben Ahmetajt – Nga Milano, Vjenë e deri në Bukuresht, si u paguan me kartën e bankës së Zotos. Kallëzimi i gazetarit Doçi, në ditën ndërkombëtare kundër korrupsionit, është një tregues i fortë i korrupsionit në nivele të larta të qeverisë, që ka tronditur jo pak opinionin publik.

Në provat e siguruara nga gazetari Doçi vërehen disa emaile që shtetasi në kërkim Klodian Zoto, i ka kërkuar hoteleve me 5 yje, rezervime për ish Ministrin e Financave Arben Ahmetaj dhe bashkëshorten e tij Erjola Hoxha.

Prova e parë e dorëzuar nga gazetari është një email ku hoteli luksoz në Vienë “Starlight suiten hotel renngasse” ka konfirmuar pagesën e Klodian Zotos në vitin 2013 për qëndrimin e Arben Ahmetajt. Bashkangjitur provave është dhe karta e kreditit e shtetasit Klodian Zoto.

Një tjetër rezervim është ai në Hotel Principe di Savoia, në Milano. Sipas emaileve të Zotos, ai ka rezervuar një dhomë Ambasador Suit për shtetasin Mirel Mërtirin, por në fakt i ftuar ka qenë ish Ministri Arben Ahmetaj. Për këtë rezervim në një nga hotelet më të mira të Milanos, Zoto ka paguar për Ahmetajn 1600 euro për 2 netë qëndrimi.

Në provën e tretë e paraqitur në kallëzimin e SPAK, është një tjetër email ku Zoto paguan një faturë në shtator të 2016 në Mandarine Oriental Hotel, sërish në Milano, por kësaj here për gruan e Arben Ahmetajt, znj. Erjola Hoxha. Nuk dihet sesa është pagesa e kryer për znj. Hoxha, por vetëm një natë qëndrimi në këtë hotel nis nga 1500 euro deri në 8000 euro për Suitën. Në provën e katërt, është rezervimi i një hoteli sërish me 5 yje në Vjenë, tek Hotel Sans Souci Vienna, ku Zoto ka paguar vetëm për dy netë rreth 1180 euro.

Të njëjta rrjedhje të emaileve të Zotos vijnë dhe për dy rezervime të tjera, ku i pari është për Grand Hotel Mariott në Bukuresht, dhe tjetri në Hotel Hermitage në Monte Carlo. Për rezervimin e parë Zoto ka paguar një Dhomë Matrimoniale për Arben Ahmetajn, në korrik të 2017 me vlerë 1767 euro.
