Arbri Street is completely blocked and temporarily inaccessible to vehicles. The cause was the bad weather that brought landslides.

It is reported that there are cracks in the asphalt in the village of Fshat in Klos and falling stones in the segment of the village of Plan i Bardhë near Bulqiza.

Since the early hours of this Friday, Arbri Street has become difficult to describe due to heavy rain, but is currently all but totally blocked. Currently, the movement is made from the old axis Bulqizë-Klos-Burrel-Milot.

The Theth-Ndërlysaj road is also blocked, but beyond the difficult atmospheric conditions, for several hours the employees of the Shkodër municipality are working to unblock this road, which is blocked in 3 places as a result of bad weather and rock slides.
