Journalist Anila Hoxha stated this evening on the show "Top Story" that SPAK has seized 978 cell phones and has not returned them to the people who were investigated.

The journalist also spoke about a major tender in "Health" for medical oxygen.

Anila Hoxha emphasized that 11 officials from the procurement unit have been summoned to the Special Prosecutor's Office in connection with the investigation into oxygen tenders.

"It is a citizen Vladimir Vladimirov... SPAK last week summoned 11 employees of the procurement unit for medical oxygen tenders.

The investigations have progressed, but at a pace that is said to depend on expertise, phones... do you know what it means to have more than 978 phones seized?

"Only 30 computers of medical oxygen are blocked. The fate of the investigations is also linked to witnesses and surveillance. This citizen says you took my phone, you seized it, what status do I have?", said Hoxha.
