Teachers' Day, March 7th , is celebrated across the country today .

March 7th is celebrated in all schools across the country with numerous activities as a sign of gratitude to teachers for the work they do in educating the new generation.

134 years ago, the First Albanian School opened in the city of Korça, an event of major importance in the efforts of the Albanian people to create their own national school.

March 7, Teachers' Day, is marked as an event of cultural importance in all of our Albanian lands.

On this day, we all remember our first teachers who taught us Albanian lessons, taught us how to love and respect our homeland.
