On the basis of the risk analysis, at the exit of the country, the vehicle driven by the Greek citizen with the initials E. R. was passed for control in the second line, in which, during the control, 18,150 Euros that this citizen was carrying were found hidden. tried to take them out of our country, without declaring them as the law stipulates.

Following the procedural actions for this case, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office , where the proceedings began in free status for the Greek citizen, 53 years old, resident in Greece , and the amount of money was seized.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Gjirokastër , for further actions.
