"1500 kg of cocaine do not come without political guarantees", Berisha: SPAK is manipulating Suel Çela's file

The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, accused SPAK of manipulating the Elbasan file, where dozens of people have been brought to justice, as part of a criminal organization led by Suel Çela.

"The Elbasan file represents the most ugly act of Albanian narco-justice, totally controlled by the narco-government," Berisha said at the press conference.

Such a colossal amount never came without a strong political guarantee".
