During the joint meeting between the two governments, Prime Minister Edi Rama spoke in figures regarding the increase of Kosovo's investments in our country. He also said that over a thousand Kosovar businesses are registered in Albania.

Kosovo investments in Albania, in 2017, 9 million euros in 2021 139, million euros. The last thing I want to bring to your attention is the flow of investments in the highest historical value, it was 16 million in 2018. Meanwhile we are at 41 in 2021, a very good indicator. We have the opportunity to integrate and increase the volume of investments. I want to remind the ministers that we have a protocol signed in April in Morina for the practical border crossing.

We came with representatives of companies to present the study of the Port of Durres which extends from Durres to Pristina with the host Port in Durres and the Dry Port of Pristina which is a project of strategic importance which also includes the railway project. Prime Minister Rama has further proposed the holding of a joint Albania-Kosovo Assembly on the occasion of the 110th anniversary of Albania's independence.

"I will propose to you that since we are on the 110th anniversary of Albania's independence, to have in November the first joint assembly with both parliaments gathered in a room where we were given the opportunity and it was agreed, to be given to us. It is a privilege of both of us to address this common room of the Assembly, but if together we manage to convince both Presidencies of the Assembly in Kosovo and Albania to have this joint Assembly, to give the message to all those who read the slogans of the meetings that are not empty slogans. To have a joint November Assembly. I believe it is a project that is worthwhile " , said Rama.
