Student protests have engulfed Tirana, while the march of medical students has continued in several points of the capital, with calls to join the rally.

During the march, the Medical students also stopped at the Faculty of Natural Sciences, where they called on other students to join the protest.

Meanwhile, Natural Sciences students are reported to have remained locked inside the faculty premises, as the door to the institution was closed and guarded by security personnel.

Some young people attempted to force open the doors, kicking them open, while later a counterattack came from within the faculty, where students managed to leave the building, where they were reportedly kept locked up, to prevent them from participating in the protest.
