On the eve of the long-awaited challenge against Serbia, two of the key figures of the Albanian National Team, striker Armando Broja and defender Arlind Ajeti, appeared today at a press conference, where they expressed the team's determination to fight for the three points.
Broja said that it doesn't matter whether he scores or not, as only the 3 points against Serbia are important.
"For me, the most important thing is to win the game, to get the 3 points. I normally like to score goals, but it's better to help the team win," said the national team striker.
"We are focused and concentrated. We know it is a big match. I have the opportunity to score goals in every position, I like to help the team and the coach speaks to me often because he tells me that we have to be focused to use that opportunity to score a goal and win the match," added Broja.
The Burnley striker added: "I'm happy to give an assist, I'm not thinking about the goal, but I'm thinking about winning the game. We have the maximum chances, we have a difficult group, but we will fight until the end, we are focused and we hope to win."
On the other hand, defender Arlind Ajeti focused on the opponent's strength, but also Albania's tactical preparation for this delicate challenge.
"Serbia has good players," he admitted, but stressed that the red and black team is doing its job. "We will analyze every player and be prepared for every eventuality."
"We will try not to concede and the attackers know what they will do."
Albania will face Serbia in an emotionally charged match of great importance for their progress in the group.
