Pablo Zabaleta, assistant coach of the Albanian National Team, spoke about his work with the Rossoneri, and beyond, in an interview with "Flashscore".
Assistant coach Sylvinho says that going to the World Cup with a small team like Albania "is a big dream." But, of course, there are many challenges ahead.
The Argentine says that if Albania were to qualify for the 2026 World Cup, then he would have a special gift from the Albanians.
"They would make a statue of us in Tirana," he tells "Flashscore."
Albania will have its next qualifying match against Serbia and Zabaleta knows its importance, on and off the field.
"It is a challenge that must be handled with due care, because there were problems in 2016," he said.
"It's a match that carries a lot of social risks, but we want to go to the World Cup," the former Manchester City player continued.
