City's convincing victory in the Manchester derby

Manchester City won the derby 3-0 against Manchester United, played this afternoon at the “Etihad Stadium”. Pep Guardiola threw on the field from the first minute the purchase of the last day, Gigio Donnarumma, who had a fantastic debut. On the other hand, Ruben Amorim introduced Benjamin Sesko for the first time, but the Slovenian failed to find the goal.

The derby was unblocked in the 18th minute, with Jeremy Doku making a nice run into the box and assisting Phil Foden, who headed the ball into Bayindir's net. The score remained the same until the end of the first half.

At the start of the second half, Erling Haaland doubled the lead after a Doku assist. Two minutes later, Mbuemo went close with a spectacular shot, but Donnarumma's save was even more spectacular. In the 68th minute, Haaland scored his second goal and City's third, after a quick counterattack that caught the Red Devils' defense by surprise.

Haaland has scored 8 goals and provided 3 assists in 9 appearances against Man United.

Manchester City wins the derby 3-0 and returns to victory after two consecutive losses.

Man. United seems to be following in the footsteps of last season.

The Red Devils are currently ranked 14th, City in eighth.
