Ibra ignited the atmosphere before the shame: I am the boss and everyone works
Zlatan Ibrahimovic

As if the result on the pitch wasn't enough, Zlatan Ibrahimovic also ignited the atmosphere around Milan-Liverpool.

Absent for several weeks, the Swede was the day before the match at "Milanello", as yesterday he also spoke to the media, not sparing the stings and moments of tension in an interview for "SKY".

How do you feel about your debut as a manager in the Champions League?

It has been an important week. The first match against Liverpool represents a historic duel, it came at the right time for the team, after the last match with Venice that went well. The season has not had the start we wanted, but with patience we will get there.

What can you say about your absence in the last week?

When the lion goes away, the cats come. When the lion returns, the cats disappear. According to all the rumors, Milan's level was very low. I am focused on work, I have been away for some days for personal reasons, but I am always present. In Milan, we work, we pedal.

What can you say about your role in the club?

The role is simple, many people talk. I'm at the helm as the leader, I'm the boss and everything else works for me.

Zvonimir Boban, present in the Sky studios in an interview for La Gazzetta dello Sport, asked about the Swede's role. Ibra understands and deepens his explanation

Even Boban had not understood my role.

Boban intervenes: Actually, no one understood...

I will explain to you now: I am in charge, I am the boss and everyone works for me. At Milan, we work in silence.

You mentioned lion and cat, is it related to Teo and Lea?

Kittens aren't the team, the outsiders are the team.

But have you spoken to Theo and Lea?

I spoke to the team, they are good, they are fired up and they played a good game against Venice.

What is it like to experience Champions League evening and not be able to play?

Now it's different, since I don't play anymore, I don't have this adrenaline. Of course I miss playing football because those were great moments, but it doesn't make me want to go back.

What is your assessment of the Milan market?

It was just the way we wanted it. In our opinion, we got what was missing. The last was Abraham who provided additional reinforcements in the attack. I feel sorry for Jovic.
