Champions League first round : Juventus don't disappoint, Bayern demolish Dinamo Zagreb

The first round of Champions League matches has been closed today, with a new update on the way clubs face off.

Kenan Yildiz has taken all the attention at Juventus with a spectacular goal in a 3-1 win over Paris Saint Germain.

Then there were tears on the pitch, after Milan's 1-3 loss to Liverpool.

Real Madrid, with a relatively easy opponent like VfB Stuttgart have finished the match 3-1.

The evening was a shame for Dinamo Zagreb, who were beaten by Bayren of Munich by a deep 9 to 2 score.

The first round will be followed by the next match tomorrow. With this format, teams will hold 8 rounds, where the winners will be determined by accumulation of points as in the championship.
