Lewis Hamilton and Serena Williams

The day before, the news broke that the Hamilton-Serena Williams duo wanted to buy the shares of the Chelsea club, this is not a rumor but a concrete idea which was confirmed by the British pilot himself:

"I am a big fan of sports, football is the most important sport in the world. Chelsea is one of the most important clubs. "I heard this as a case in point and I said to myself, 'Wow, this is a great opportunity, I'll try to do it for myself,'" Hamilton said.

"I'm a football fan since I was a child. I played until adolescence, on the school team. "I played in the corner of the house, I was the only child of color, I had to adapt to the rest and I played football", stressed Hamilton, confirming at the end the rumors that Serena Williams was involved in these negotiations:

"We have spoken many times, we have a very close relationship, she is an athlete and a phenomenal woman. "She asked me what I thought about this, about buying the Chelsea club. I told her I wanted to get involved, and she decided the same thing," said Hamilton, among others.
