Milan's coach, Paulo Fonseca, declared that the match against Cagliari in the championship will be totally different from the one against Real Madrid in the Champions League, where his team won 3-1.
At the press conference, the red and black technician revealed that the striker Rafael Leao will be from the first minute, but emphasized that there will not be much space on the field, due to the closed game played in Italy.
"It is important that we play against Cagliari with the same fighting spirit and the same courage as against Real Madrid. We have to understand that it will be a different game. We will be a different team against Cagliari. It is a very important match and you need the right attitude.
Leao will be the starter in this match. We must know that it will be a different match and with fewer spaces. I expect Leao to be able to play at the same level as Real Madrid.
The deployment of Musah was a strategy against Real. I don't know if we can do it in other matches. It was a strategy for the Real players. Maybe we will have to defend ourselves in the same way in the other matches", declared Fonseca.
The Caglari-Milan match will be played on Saturday at 18:00.
