The Tirana Prosecutor's Office has drawn lots for the video scandal file of composer Adi Hila. According to information provided by Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha, the case will be investigated by prosecutor Julian Xhengo.

According to Hoxha, two police reports have been filed in this case. Hila filed a report alleging that she was hacked, while singer Eli Fara also filed a report, alleging a violation of privacy.

Based on these two reports, the case is related to several criminal offenses, specifically unauthorized computer access, according to Hila's report, as well as illegal interception of computer data and misuse of computer equipment, according to Eli Fara's report.

Yesterday, actress Monika Lubonja herself announced that she has filed a criminal complaint against Adi Hila.

But, according to information made public by Anila Hoxha, the Prosecution has added another criminal offense to the investigation, that of actions that impede the discovery of the truth.

This is related to an action taken during the preliminary investigation. According to the information, the police attempted to examine the hard drive, but after seizing it, they found that the evidence was damaged.

In this circumstance, Hila stated that he had destroyed the hard drive himself. According to him, the reason was that he was not sure where the interference was coming from and he was afraid that they could interfere again and obtain data remotely.

Now, after the draw, the investigation of the case will be followed by prosecutor Julian Xhengo at the Tirana Prosecutor's Office.
