The office of the mandated mayor of the Himar Municipality accuses the Prosecutor's Office of Vlora of falsifying the document for the decriminalization of Fredi Beler.

In a reaction also published by the branch of "Omonia" in Himare, it is said that Beleri was not convicted, according to the document that was released by the government portal "e-Albania".

Beler's office claims that falsified evidence was placed in the investigation file in order to create a negative image for Beler, who has been behind bars since May 14 for buying votes.

Beleri was caught in the act, according to the accusation, giving 400 thousand old lek for the purchase of 8 votes.

His arrest has brought the harsh reaction of official Athens, threatening to block Albania's integration into the European Union.

Following the statement of the Office of the Mandated Mayor of the Himar Municipality Mr. Beleri for the manipulation of the evidence in the investigation file under his charge, we are presenting you the falsified evidence of the judicial status of Mr. Beleri where he is convicted. 

Actually, according to the true judicial situation and released through the e-albania portal, Mr. Beler appears unconvicted.

Below we present you the falsified court case from the Vlora Prosecutor's Office with No. 0 dated 12.05.2023 as well as 3 other real ones issued at the time of the candidacy of Mr. Beleri deposited in the CEC as well as after the moment of his arrest where he appears unconvicted!

The placement of falsified evidence in the investigative file with the purpose of conditioning the decisions of the courts regarding the social dangerousness of Mr. Beleri and creating a negative image for him is the end of justice!

Even more serious is the fact that the Vlora Prosecutor's Office and the Special Prosecutor's Office refuse to remove the falsified evidence from the investigative file and establish the true judicial situation for Mr. Beleri.

It is unprecedented in the history of Albanian justice that in the investigation section, the very bodies that are involved in the investigation of the case fabricate evidence and administer falsified documents.

In the following, public opinion will be presented with new and more serious evidence of the falsification of the investigative file in charge of Mr. Beleri as well as the concrete names of the prosecutors and police officers involved in the scandal!
