After Rama's statement from Vlora that Basha promised Trami in Tirana but did not fulfill it, the head of the Euro-Atlantic Coalition, Lulzim Basha, immediately responded.

In a Facebook post, Basha appears with an Albanian immigrant, while asking the prime minister where his friends are.

"Oh, palikári, where are your friends?" Basha from Athens replies to Rama: Tram, tram, but the incinerator is a boni namin.... Hey, Rame, where is your Lali?

Ironically, Basha says that Rama didn't want the tram because he couldn't steal it.

He further says that France was behind this project, but the Prime Minister told former President Hollande that it was not a priority in his government.

Basha asks him again where Lali is and what's new from Durrës today?
