Prime Minister Edi Rama commented in the Debate on A2 CNN on the issue of Athens' threats that it will impose a veto on Albania in the path of integration for the case of Fredi Beleri, accused by SPAK of electoral crimes.
Rama said that Greece has no right to the Beleri issue and that Albania will not waste a single minute towards integration.
"Greece has no right to the Beleri case. We will not lose a single minute de facto, as we did not lose when we were refused the opening of negotiations. We have continued with the work and if we have progress compared to the best, we have progress in all those issues, it only comes because we continue the work. In this negotiation process, vetoing for internal reasons is a frequent issue in the EU. We won't waste a minute. What has happened is that we have had a screening process that has created a lot of respect for everyone. We have done it quickly and accurately as we have not wasted time ", said Rama.
