Albanian citizen Jovani, who clashed with one of the citizens at the territorial reform meeting, expressed regret for the manner of communication, emphasizing that it was a spur of the moment outburst.

In her recent reaction to the situation that went viral online, Jovani says that with those words she addressed a citizen from Dibra who, according to her, was a sympathizer of the Democratic Party and asked her to stop.

While emphasizing that she regrets the inappropriate reaction for which she was negatively commented on online.

"I regret how I addressed the people, but I don't question what Edi Rama did and I never regret it. We women do things like that, I don't remember exactly what I said and to whom."

She further revealed that her 4 children, whom she raised alone in this life after losing her husband at a young age, have been affected by the situation, underlining once again that she is not that kind of person.

"Everyone has their own way, but the way they have offended me, the way they have spoken about me, are messages that have touched my children. As I said, I am an honorable lady, I am the head of a family, I have raised 4 orphans, and I have never in my life been offended in such a way and this has offended me the most," said citizen Shqipe Jovani.
