The Parliament will hold a plenary session today at 10 am, focusing on the interpellation with the Minister of Agriculture Andis Salla on the situation of milk production, processing, and trade in the country, requested by Socialist MP Erion Braçe.
The interpellation comes at a time when livestock farmers are complaining and protesting about the lack of subsidies and statements that the new national scheme does not favor them.
A question-and-answer session follows with the Minister of Education Mirela Kumbaro, requested by Freedom Party MP Erisa Xhixho regarding the salary inequality for 11,172 education employees.
The draft law "On Tourist Ports", "On the Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism", "On the Establishment of the Investigative Commission for the ARA and the ANA are among the other issues that are expected to spark debate in the Assembly hall.
The previous session in the Assembly passed amidst strong tensions, where during its interruption, Flamur Noka hit Taulant Balla with a bottle and threatened him. Elda Hoti also took Bora Muzhaq's MP card, while the latter had a debate with Albana Vokshi.
As a result, the Ethics Secretariat decided to suspend Noka from the Assembly for 20 days and Hoti for 10 days. No measures were taken against Balla and Vokshi.
