The list of witnesses at the request of socialist member Blerina Gjylameti is required to testify alongside 33 witnesses sali Berisha. This request was approved by the chairman of this committee, Ervin Salianji.

It is worth looking at what response this commission of inquiry will receive from SPAK, the body that is under investigation mr. Berisha and must give permission so that the former Prime Minister can obtain the required testimony.

In fact, there is no shortage of precedents as was the case of former MP Mark Frroku under house arrest, but at the request of parliament, the prosecution gave him permission to appear at the council of warrants while the request for his arrest was being considered.

Socialist lawmaker Blerina Gjylameti wants to testify as well. Unlike the investigative commission for only two out of four health concessions, the INVESTIGATION Commission for TIM is progressing, which is also indicated by the preliminary investigation plan.

"Among the most serious events that required the urgent attention and intervention of parliament remain illegal interference in the TIMS system, for which the Police Oversight Agency made a criminal charge against the Operational Force.

This issue also received the attention of the Chargé d'Affaires of the U.S. Embassy in Tirana, Mr. Martin McDowell, who during a meeting with the Interior Minister expressed U.S. concern about the reported interference in TIMS systems to the State Police and urged a quick and comprehensive investigation, stressing the importance of protecting personal/sensitive data, Including American citizens in Albania. Interference in the TIMS system, in addition to the issue of personal data protection, also raises the issue of order and security in the country, as this data may fall into the hands of criminal elements", says the investigation plan of the investigative commission prepared by the Commission Chairman Ervin Salianji.

At the same time, it is intended to verify the legal violations committed and the consequences that these violations have had for the security of the personal data of Albanian and foreign citizens.

The Investigative Commission, in addition to receiving official information, in accordance with the applicable legislation, shall use all methods of investigation provided for by the legislation in force, including the review, control or seizure of acts at the responsible institutions.
