The request submitted by the opposition for the dismissal of President Bajram Begaj is rejected.

The request was put to a vote and resulted in 5 votes in favor and 9 against. The 7 violations that the opposition claimed were committed by President Bajram Begaj are: He decreed elections in Tirana in violation of the Constitution; He interfered with the mandate of the members of the Constitutional Court, affecting their independence; He decreed in violation of the law on Investigative Commissions; He decreed the virtual minister 'Diella'; He did not stop the diplomatic corps from being involved in the 2025 campaign; His cabinet interfered in the election administration process; His son fictitiously employed in a private insurance company that benefits from tenders from the presidency/ Begaj himself employed in a private clinic
