Prime Minister Edi Rama has published a phone call with Hashim Thaçi, on the anniversary of the declaration of Kosovo's Independence.
"For years, the February 17th congratulatory phone call from The Hague has been emotionally difficult, but today the Commander was as calm as ever in his voice, repeating to me twice, at the beginning and at the end, 'I have won my freedom forever and no matter where I am, no one can ever take it away from me,'" Rama writes.
