Prime Minister Edi Rama stated during a conference today that during the NATO summit he also spoke about an Albanian project that has aroused a lot of interest and desire.

The head of the government announced that this project concerns the installation of a NATO naval base in the new port of Durrës in Porto Romano.

"We also talked about our project there. Soon I believe that we will return to Brussels to continue the discussion regarding our proposal that has aroused not only interest, but also the desire to deepen the talks for the installation of a NATO naval base in the new port of Durrës. In the new port that will be in Porto Romano and in addition to the commercial commercial part, it is anticipated that there will also be a military part. "We will soon hold a special meeting on this matter with our entire team of experts and the experts of the alliance to present the project in detail and to continue the discussions," said Rama.
