Meanwhile, this Wednesday, Russia reacted through the spokeswoman of the Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, who accused NATO and the European Union of expanding their cyber centers aimed at attacks against Russia.

According to her, such a one is also being opened in Albania and claims that the center's mission will be "to help create a negative image for Russia".

Zakharova warns that "in this way, another source of hybrid threats is being created in the Balkans", saying that this is a region with major political problems.
