Academic Artan Fuga has stated that the civilization of civilization in Albania is heading towards decline.

According to Fuga, in politics there should be a change of alternatives, which self-correct each other.

"A system that does not have the elements of self-correction, that is, the power that changes in the position-opposition ratio. If this is not done, this machine that sweeps the dust, it will hit its head against the wall. Which means, we will either have an alternative, a change of alternatives, a correction of each other.

Or if politics doesn't play this thing, we will go as a civilization with our heads against the wall. So that means we will go into the abyss. Into the abyss how?

With the unity of the people around the party, with votes, with debates in parliament, but because these cannot correct the reasons we mentioned and because voting has nothing to do with the correction that the electorate will make to the system, it means that our civilization is heading towards decline.

"When will it go? In 10 years, 15 years, 20 years? I don't know. We are in the conditions of the decline of civilization," Fuga said, among other things, on the show 'ÇdoKënd' with journalist Merita Haklaj on A2.

The figures produced by the May 11 parliamentary elections, for academic Artan Fuga, will further degrade governance in Albania.

Fuga stated that the government has now gotten out of control and is unassailable, while regarding the opposition he said that it is no longer a political phenomenon.

"For me, the opposition in parliament, I mean the DP, is not a political phenomenon. Today, with the numbers that are predicted to be around 50 for the DP, it is no longer a political phenomenon. And to think that for 4 years to continue in this way, which on the other hand creates a second problem that with this way of governing that we have, makes it unassailable. Another thing that can attack the government is civil society. But we don't have that because we have a nomadic society. Forces with vitality are seeking to leave.

The third possibility is for the SP group itself to criticize it, but this takes us back to the 90s. The government has gotten out of control. The administration does not feel the pressure of the legislator, politics, of a government that, when under pressure, will throw it at the administration. With these numbers, the system of government will degrade even more.

I have called it an autocratic society. But is this an autocracy with popular support? Yes. This is one of the most severe forms. The top of the pyramid that makes the decision, where there is no separation of powers. Even the media. These people who vote for this government, they definitely say they support it. If you ask these people, they are dissatisfied with the government, they see how a bureaucrat behaves with it. They see that jobs are taken with friends. Those who conduct polls before the elections say that there is great dissatisfaction" , said Fuga, among other things.
