Meanwhile, the Socialist Party lost 318 votes in Tirana, only 5 in Durrës, while in Fier it managed to recover 30 votes.
In the Tirana district, until the last hours there was an open race between Olta Xhaçka and Blerina Gjylameti. The latter narrowed the difference from 140 to 70 votes, but not enough to win the mandate.
While Ilir Alimehmeti, who had allegations of voter fraud, the recount resulted in 137 undeserved votes in the ballot box.
The vote movements of the Tirana candidates, according to KAS members, were the result of human errors during the first round of recounts. Meanwhile, a worrying phenomenon was observed in the Fier region: that of vote alienation within candidates.
KAS members raised suspicions of electoral crimes on the part of the counters.
The partial recount in Durrës removed 86 votes from former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja and added 12 votes to Aulon Kala, but these changes were insensitive to affecting the result.
