The counting of diaspora votes for candidates for the Lezha district has concluded.
The result for the mandates was "sealed" on Saturday, 4:3 in favor of the DP.
But diaspora votes have overturned the ranking of Socialist Party candidates in this district.
Admir Kadeli received the third mandate for the Socialist Party, according to the votes, with 27 more votes than Marjeta Neli.
The CEC has also confirmed this in the official results report.
Due to gender quotas, the CEC may be able to rotate candidates, but so far the mandate goes to Kadel.
