From former Prime Minister Pandeli Majko to "Kombinat" MP Blerina Gjylameti, some of the most important names of the Socialist Party have remained outside of parliament.
On the stage of the May 11 parliamentary elections, "new stars" have shone, names that had been heard before but who have broken records by collecting votes, as was the case with Sara Mila, Zegjine Çaushi and others.
This, together with the mixed formula of semi-closed lists, has meant that many important names who were running on the open list will remain out of parliament for the next four years.
Here are who they are:
Pandeli Majko
Mimi Kodheli
Clotilda Bushka
Ermonela Felaj
Xhemal Qefalia
Tony Gogu
Arben Pëllumbi
Etjen Xhafaj
Etilda Gjonaj
Plarent Ndreca
Blerina Gjylameti
