Where were the inspectors or the police officers of the area where such abuses took place? This is the question raised by Prime Minister Edi Rama, as he has reacted again on the action for the confiscation of buildings without permission, where until now the 9-story building of businessman Julian Morina, built in one of the most enviable areas of Tirana, has been made public. in the Dry Lake area.
Through a post on social networks, Rama informs that in parallel with this action, an investigation has been launched on the inspectors or policemen of the areas where buildings have been built without permission.
The Prime Minister further adds that the number of illegal constructions today is much less than yesterday and that this operation is based on the new legal changes.
Rama emphasizes that if the builder had been born who bought me floors and meters of buildings, this operation would never have happened with my instigation and under my leadership.

WHERE WAS THE STATE WHEN IT WAS BUILT?
I encountered this question in comments on the government's latest operation to demolish or confiscate illegal constructions for profit. The question is, in fact, where were the inspectors or police officers in the area where such abuses took place! We will learn this from the investigation that has started in parallel, while not wanting to waste the time of anyone whose mind is not full, nor mine to fill the mind of those who do not want, I say that there are some things that must be kept attention of all those who are interested in being informed:
First, today these types of constructions are less and less than yesterday, precisely because there is more state, law, and order than until yesterday, when the omnipresence prevailed.
Second, this is not a football match, nor is it a single battle, with a stopwatch or short time. This is a long war, where the advantage of the state and the law on the ground is not taken easily, it is taken step by step, with great effort and patience.
Third, this operation is based on new legal changes, which emerged as a lesson in the twisting road of this war, and relies on a will unbending over the years to see this long war through to the end.
Fourth, it is very likely that with the final closing of the road to legalization and the demolition or confiscation for public interest of these abusive volumes, the end of this disgusting practice will be sealed.
The fifth and last one, which is also personal and I have it with those who know me as their own or accuse me of things they would probably do themselves if they were in my place:
If the builder who bought me floors and meters of buildings had been born, this operation would never have happened with my instigation and under my leadership. That's it.
