Olsi Rama sued Bardhi for defamation, SPAK does not accept the request: No false report

The Special Prosecution Against Corruption and Organized Crime has not accepted Olsi Rama's report against Gazment Bardhi, finding that there is no defamation and no false report.

For this reason, the Special Prosecutor Elvin Gokaj has decided not to start the criminal proceedings, for the report submitted by Olsi Rama.

Olsi Rama accused Gazment Bardhi of defaming him, accusing him of being involved in the drug laboratory in Xibraka. According to Bardhi's complaint, an unidentified person, aged 45, was found to have used the vehicle with license plate AA 653 DM.
